Order Changes and Cancellation

You may change the ship to address or bill to address of an order any time up to 2 working days before delivery.  For change of order items and/or quantity, please cancel the original order and raise a new order.

You may cancel an order for regular price purchase anytime up to 2 working days before delivery. You may not cancel the following order types

Customized parts  Customized parts involve integration or conversion works. e.g. cut to size material, engraving name or message on product, planter made to your specification.

Indent parts  These are products ordered via request for quotation process, which may or may not involve products normally unavailable on the web stores.

Pre-Order/Group Buy  For example, pre-order of roses for Valentine day, or group buy of Terrarium at special volume discount price.
