Thank you for your interest in our Products. Before you place an order, please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions.

Marketplace Operator

AsiaPlants operate as a marketplace for multiple vendors to offer their products and services on a common e-commerce platform. AsiaPlants act as an intermediary to publish, promote, process payment and fulfill orders. All sales transactions performed on Platform will deem an indirect sales facilitated by AsiaPlants. By continuing to submit the order, you explicitly agreed to Terms of Sales stipulated herein.

Product Specification and Images

AsiaPlants strive to verify the accuracy of product description, specification and images. All product and services sold should substantially meet the published specifications. In the event where actual product deviates materially from the published specification, you may raise a dispute to exchange the product or request refund. For clarity, images are for illustration only. Technology limitations and photography settings may not render the color, proportion and texture correctly. Plants, organic and natural products do not have uniform looks due to the nature of such products. As such, different looks from images does not constitute deviation. When in doubt, please contact seller for verification before placing order.

Fit For Purpose

You shall exercise your judgment on the fitness of products for your intended purpose. AsiaPlants make no representation and warranty for such fitness of use. We shall not be liable for any losses, damages and/or injury arises out of usage and/or failure to achieve intended results.

Price

You shall carefully read and understand the prices of Product before ordering, including unit price, unit of measurement, option price, shipping charges, auxiliary service fee, tax and duties.

 

AsiaPlants take great care in ensuring price accuracy. Nevertheless, in the rare case where a discrepancy occurs between published price and shopping cart price, Price detailed in shopping cart shall be the latest and final offer from AsiaPlants. By submitting the order for Products in shopping cart, you explicitly agreed to accept the price as stated in shopping cart.

 

AsiaPlants and its vendors reserve the rights to change the price of Products from time to time. Unless otherwise stipulated, you shall not entitle to discount or subject to surcharge upon submission of order.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

AsiaPlants is a GST registered company. All sales to Singapore customers are subjected to the effective tax rate during the time of transaction. A tax invoice will be issued for sales to Singapore customers.

 

AsiaPlants Platform service both local and international customers. For consistency, all prices published on Platform do not include GST. GST will be computed and added in shopping cart.

Payment

AsiaPlants offer multiple payment methods for your convenience. You decide on the mode of payment at your sole discretion. For post delivery payment method, you will need to submit a credit application together with required documentation. AsiaPlants reserve the exclusive rights to approve such credit application and determine the credit term and limit.

 

For prepayment options such as credit card or bank remittance, you should take extra care to ensure such payment are processed and remitted to AsiaPlants accurately. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any losses or damages due to remittance errors and/or fraud by third party not contracted by AsiaPlants. For credit card payment methods, we reserve the right to verify and at our sole discretion, approve or reject the payment. In the event a payment is not approved, we shall inform you of such decision by email.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stipulated, all published price do not include freight. The delivery term is ex-warehouse of the seller. You may choose the preferred shipping mode at additional fee during checkout.

 

If the product is shipped from a foreign country, you have the option of processing custom clearance yourself or engage our service at a fee to clear custom and submit required certification to authorities. All taxes and duties arises from such importation shall be borne by you.

 

Please ensure the accuracy of delivery address specified on your order. Kindly provide specific contact person and telephone number. AsiaPlants will not be responsible for shipment lost due to wrong delivery address or unspecified or unable to reach recipient at destination.

 

By receiving the Product, you explicitly acknowledge that the Product delivered is as per ordered, and they are delivered in good condition without visible defects. Do not accept Product that appeared deteriorated, damaged or broken. Any claim for such defects will not be accepted afterwards.

Availability

AsiaPlants and its seller offer products and services on the Platform on a first come first serve and as available basis. Products deem available for sales at the time you place order may become unavailable for shipment due to whatsoever reason, including but not limited to spoilage, supply chain disruption, sales restriction etc. In the event of non-availability or delays in committed delivery date, AsiaPlants will inform you of such via email and order tracking page on your account. You may elect to accept the new delivery date, or you may elect to cancel the order and request for refund.

 

YOU AGREED THAT FULL REFUND IS SOLE AND ONLY REMEDY FOR ANY FAILURE TO DELIVER PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICES. YOU AGREED NOT TO CLAIM ANY LOSSES AND/OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE FOR FAILURE OF DELIVERY.

Cancellation

Option for order Cancellation is explicitly stated on Product order page. In general, you may not cancel an order for pre-ordered Products and/or customized Products once the order is accepted by AsiaPlants, unless such cancellation option is offered to you subsequently in writing.

 

For Product that allows order cancellation, you may only cancel your order for refund before shipment. Once shipped, the order is non-cancellable. AsiaPlants reserve the rights to cancel an order and refund paid monies without compensation any time before delivery. We shall inform you of such cancellation by email.

Return, Exchange and Refund

Option for Return, Exchange and Refund is explicitly stated on Product order page. In general, you may not return for exchange or refund for perishable Products, pre-ordered Products, customized Products, Products shipped from overseas, Products sold with known defects and/or Product sold at clearance sales.

 

For Products with the option to return for exchange or refund, you may request return of Product within 7 days from the date of receipt. All requests for return are subjected to the following terms and conditions.

 

If you have asked for refund, the money returned shall be the amount paid for the returned Product(s). You shall have no recourse for exchange losses, fees paid for remittance and/or any other charges levied by third parties not contracted by AsiaPlants for such payment.

Limited Warranties

We provide 90 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects for Product sold on AsiaPlants. This warranty excludes perishable products, organic and natural products, as well as consumables. You should notify AsiaPlants immediately upon discovery of defect(s) and stop using the product. AsiaPlants shall remedy the defect(s) without cost.

 

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASIAPLANTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF PRODUCT. YOUR SOLE AND ONLY REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIM IS LIMITED TO PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF PRODUCT.
