Return and Exchange
Items sold on AsiaPlants.com are generally non returnable or exchangeable due to the perishable nature of products. Nevertheless, products are returnable for exchange/refund under the following circumstances
- Product was sold on 30 days money back guarantee term.
- Products delivered do not meet specification of product ordered.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product is damaged upon receipt.
Application for Return
Please submit an Product Return/Refund Request before actually shipping the product. AsiaPlants will issue a Return Authorization Note if the return request is approved. Please print out the return Authorization Note and ship it with the return product. If product is shipped without Return Authorization Note, we are unable to process the return and refund. Your product may also become untraceable and lost.
Ship your Return
Upon receipt of Return Authorization Note from AsiaPlants, you may proceed to return the product. Pack the item securely in the original product packaging, all manual, accessories, attachment, tools, etc should be returned. Use a sturdy box and include padding to ensure the product and original packaging survive the transportation. Attach your return label to the outer package. Ship the package based on the return shipping option you have selected.
Return Inspection
Upon receiving the returned product, AsiaPlants shall inspect the item within 3 working days. Once verified the returned product(s) are in order, we shall proceed to process the refund or exchange. In the event returned product(s) are incomplete, damaged during transportation, shortage or different from item stated on Return Authorization Note, AsiaPlants will inform you accordingly for your disposition.
